PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BELOW, FASHION DIARY WILL ASSUME THAT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS HAD READ THIS AND AGREED UPON THIS UPON PLACING ORDER FROM US.

Fashion Diary will ensure that all products are in good condition before posting and also will ensure that the packaging offers sufficient protection for the product/s. Hence we will not be responsible should there be any (touch wood!) damaged parcel/s, or lost parcel/s.

There might be a minor difference with the measurement, or colour shown in the pictures of the real goods. As such,Fashion Diary will not entertain complaints of minor differences.

Goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Fashion Diary reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.

Please do take note that should the parcel be returned to us for any reason (unless due to our negligence), the second time postage fees would be borne by the buyer.

Please do take note that the parcel will be send out within 3 working days upon arrival of stocks unless there is any unforseen circumstances, we will inform you.

Fashion Diary will try our best to send out the tracking number as soon as after we have posted the item, however once we have notify you that we have send out the parcel/s, we will not be held responsible for the parcel/s after posting out it/them.
